Default Sigma 150-500mm f5.6 with wildlife

Went to give the front lens a wipe with soft cloth yesterday and wondered why some marks didn't go away.
A closer inspection showed spider webs ???? inside the lens. they were complete with a spider about 1-2mm across.
The photos are not very good i know .They were taken with a sigma 18-50mm f5.6 +a Raynox 250 lens hand held.
Iwill try for some better ones when it next appears.Looks like a call to Sigma tomorrow.

    Thanks Mick

Continuing saga : Rang C.R.Kennedy Melbourne Told them the problem ,No hassle $99 drop it into Bris office and they will forward it.
Bris office said about 2 weeks so i rang after a couple of weeks.Service dept sent it back said there was nothing
in there.Bris sent it back and suggested they might like to use a loup to have a look. Rang after a couple weeks , girl in office said lens is on way to Japan will take about 6 mths . Wasn't very happy about that.Young bloke rang me next morning said i was given wrong information .Won't take 6 mths only about 8 weeks and about $200 the reason is that the elements have to be realigned after dismantling and can only be done in Japan . So have to improve stalking technique .

I can only assume the lens is out of warranty? Otherwise there's no way you should be accepting this!

And I still don't understand how it got all the way to the front element!

No warranty on it bought it through Graysonline auctions , it was the subject of an insurance claim
water damaged packaging ,there was a bit of gear around at the time i think there had been a bad storm in the Melbourne area back then.

Techs answer to how it got in was "they are not a sealed unit".
