Ive tried the more pano crop as suggested by Les and Alec and I think this image is actually slightly sharper than the previous one I was probably shaking too much with the other one from the excitement of seeing him out in the open!!!

    I think this crop suits the bird better than the previous version John. So good to get him up and calling.

    Wonderful shot this one John, the sharpness and detail are definitely a big improvement on the first image. I can understand you saying about the excitement of seeing it out in the open like this. This is a real beauty. Well done.
