Default Attending conference - rainforest bird screencaps required - mods?

    Hi everyone

I'm going to be giving a talk at a conference in Boston soon, and I have an idea for the first slide of my presentation...

Basically I want to do a 'group shot' of all the birds I detected during the course of my PhD fieldwork... there are 72 species, mostly from the subtropical rainforests of the QLD / NSW Border.

I was wondering if it's appropriate / allowed to take low-res screenshots of these species from this site, trace an outline around them, and whack them on a slide? They will be tiny in the end.

Of course, full acknowledgement of the photographers (and the site) will be given

Moderators / image posters, does that sound ok? And if anyone is NOT happy with this, can you tell me please so I don't end up using one of your photographs inadvertently?

Mock up of my idea attached.

Elliot you really need to ask permission individually to use any images in your presentation. Its not up to anyone here to have to say no, its up to you to ask.
The default is always with the copyright holder and Feathers and Photos will always do our best to uphold the copyright of our members images.
    Cheers, Dave

Maybe posters who would be happy for me to use their photos in this way could post here?

Ta John, will do. Came to an agreement with Graeme Chapman via email, so should be right!

OK all good. He probably would have a few that you could use.
