Great work getting a decent shot of this species Mike, the "minor jungle manipulation" has paid off. We have a very large Morton Bay Fig in the back yard and it has regularly (when the tree is bearing ripe fruit) half a dozen or so of these birds. But they are always so high or obstructed by other branches that I don't have anything half decent at all. Another great example of a dark background making the bird really stand out and you nailed the focus on the eye very well.
Don't take life too seriously, it never ends well.
