Curious as to who used camo lens coats for their big white canons and where they purchased theirs from ?

We have one on two of our lenses (realtree)...much less conspicuous than the shiny white.
    Purchased at B&H.

Thanks for that, I seen them on B&H but was curious if there was a cheaper retailer.

got mine from adorama for the 300 and a set of extender covers also in realtree and saves against minor knocks for paint chips as well don't know about the 500 but makes the lens cap super tight on my 300 mine was 79 us and i think the 500 89-99 us.

    G'day Colin,

I have the lens coat for both my 500 f/4 and my 400 f/5.6. Have not fitted the lens coat to the 500 yet. I got the forest green camo mainly because things are quite green around here so I figured it was the way to go. For more arid areas or brownish coloured foilage, then the RealTree or whatever it is called is the way to go - think it's about US $10 dearer than the forest green camo though.

I bought mine from Artie Morris, but I think his prices are pretty much the same as B&H. I have gotten great service from Artie which is probably the only reason I shop with him for overseas stuff (if he stocks the item, that is).
