    (Sericulus chrysocephalus)

    My first post in this forum although I have been enjoying the lovely images posted for the last few years...

    Captured at O'Reilly's, Lamington NP where these guys are quite tame.

    1D4, Canon 300mm f2.8 plus x1.4 converter, 1/3200, f7.1, iso 1250, handheld

    Most of the frame.

    Gday mate I am glad you are sharing your amazing photos with us all. This is certainly one of your best. I just love the dynamic pose coupled with great detail, eye contact and lovely light. I look forward to more :-)

    I want to say a big thankyou to you as....i emailed you a question a couple of years ago now and you promptly answered and referred me to this wonderful forum
