Default Long-toed Stint, Whicker rd wetlands, SA

I have this horrible sinking feeling that this is exactly what I think it is. I wrote it off as a sharpie in the field because I was more focused on the common sandpiper which was a little behind it. But it's definitely smaller than the dotterals and is exactly the way I've heard described as a "miniature sharpie".

Sorry Bec, but it's "exactly what you think it is", a good excuse though to make a second visit, cheers Jeff.
