    Default Brown Cuckoo-dove (Macropygia amboinensis)

    Deep creek Narrabeen NSW 30/12/06
This shot has been sitting around for too long and is one of the first digital shots I ever took.I guess it is one of those shots that could be photoshopped within an inch of it's life to tidy up the background but no.CBB.It's a pity the bird is on the wrong side of the perch ,which,by the way has not been set up.Nice lichen and all

Another super image, love the level of detail in the bird.

I dont mind the bird on the wrong side of the perch because the perch is so nice I think it adds a bit to the shot.

i dont mind the "busy" background the subdued colours seem to make it all work
