    Default TUTORIAL - Merging two images

    In this thread, I mentioned I will write a tutorial for people interested in how one can merge two images into one. It's not too hard and hopefully those of you interested in this (now widely accepted) form of image processing among nature photographers world-wide, then feel free to read it. You can find it among my others on my tutorials page.

    It's pretty much a similar process to what I use, except I create a duplicate of the image on a second layer, reduce noise on the whole thing, then just erase where the bird an in-focus elements are. It's pretty much the same process just a little bit reversed in a way.
